We are not responsible for any losses,  including missing parcels, package damage, losses due to the delay, and other losses caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will help you contact the responsible shipping carrier. Please save all packing and the damaged goods as they may be required for filing a claim against the shipping carrier.

We provide a limited warranty for purchases onrenewablehomesolutions.com. The warranty period started when the original purchaser received the products.

Warranty extension 

You can extend the warranty for products purchased between January 1, 2022, and August 31, 2022, by registering on the official website on or before October 15, 2022. 

Warranty cannot be extended for products purchased before January 1, 2022.

Customers who have purchased products on or after September 1, 2022 will enjoy the warranty period (with warranty extension) listed in the table above. Customers are advised to complete registration as early as possible.

Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not apply:

• Non-quality related issues;
• Items purchased from unauthorized resellers;
• Purchases without valid proof of purchase;
• Items that have been refunded;
• Items that have expired their warranty period;
• Any defects or damages caused by misuse of products, unauthorized modification, dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals;
• Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, liquids or other external causes;
• Any defects or damages caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts;
• Lost or stolen products;
• Free products.

Cross-Regional After-Sales Service

Reneweable Home does not provide a global product warranty, and the warranty service can only be obtained at a designated Reneweable Home repair center.

To repair the product in a Reneweable Home repair center when the product was purchased in another region, depending on part availability, customers can obtain a cross-regional repair service at an additional charge. (Some products do not support cross-regional repair even if the customer is willing to pay for the service. For more details, please contact Reneweable Home Support.)

A cross-regional replacement service is not available for different versions of the same product.

The customer will need to bear customs duties, taxes, customs clearance, and other costs incurred for a cross-regional repair, regardless of whether it is the warranty or paid repair service.

Return Material Authorization (RMA) process

Contact Reneweable Home Customer Service Team at info@reneweablehomesolutions.com or +1 (800)-368-8604 (this number supports English service only. International charges apply if calling from outside of the US).

If your item is eligible for a Reneweable Home Warranty, you will receive a prepaid shipping label. Please follow the instructions provided by Reneweable Home Support to properly pack the products and return them safely.

Please note that we can only provide return shipping labels for return packages in United States. For returns in other countries and areas, please contact Reneweable Home Support at info@reneweablehomesolutions.com for more details.

Replacement 

In case of replacement, delivery of the replacement item will be arranged within 15 business days (subject to changes caused by force majeure) after confirming that the defective item has been received at our warehouse. The final resolution is subject to the availability of the replacement items.

The replacement warranty will be covered by a period equal to the remaining warranty period of the original item. 

EcoFlow BLADE 3+1

Replace, not repair:

EcoFlow BLADE Product and Part Replacement

1. During the warranty period, replacement service is available for Reneweable Home BLADE purchased from officially authorized channels. The replaced product or part becomes Reneweable Home's property and the replacement product or part becomes your property. Only unaltered Reneweable Home's products and parts are eligible for replacement.

2. If one of the three (EcoFlow Robotic lawn mower, lawn sweepper, or base station BP) fails, it onlyneeds to be returned to Reneweable Home for replacement, without the need to return any of the other two products or their individual accessories (such as the extension cord, antenna assembly, ground nail, hexagon screwdriver, etc.). Reneweable Home will provide users with a functional replacement with accessories.

3. If accessories such as extension cables and antenna : screwdrivers are damaged due to non-humanfactors (excluding main products: Ecoflow Robotic lawn mower, lawn sweeper, and base station BP). Reneweable Home can provide users with new accessories replacement during the warranty period

4. Replacement products or parts provided by EcoFlow may not be new, but they will be in good working order and at least functionally equivalent to the original product or part's warranty. A replacement product or part shall be covered for the time remaining in the original product's warranty.E012105. Replacement service will not terminate the warranty period, nor will it result in a restart of the warranty period.

EcoFlow BLADE (purchased from officially authorized channels in North America and EU) comes with a7*24h online chat service.

What This After-Sales Policy Does NOT Cover This policy does not cover the following:

1. Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, or shell opening is not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.

2."Water damage or other damage caused by improper installation, incorrect use, or operation not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.

3. Damage caused by a non-authorized service provider.

4. Damage caused by unauthorized modification of circuits and mismatch or misuse of the battery and charger.

5. Damage caused by operation in bad weather (i.e. strong winds, rain, sand/dust storms, etc.)

6. Damage caused by operating the product in an environment with electromagnetic interference (i.e.in mining areas or close to radio transmission towers, high-voltage wires, substations, etc.).

7. Products or parts with an altered identification label or from which the identification label has been removed.

8. Damage is found to have been caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts.

Lifetime free accessories: EcoFlow BLADE users in North America and Europe who purchase Ecoflow BLADE through officially authorized channels can enjoy free replacement service for a lifetime if they lose or damage wiring harnesses, nails, screws, and blades. Specific replacement rules are as follows:

（1）base station extension cable: 1 PC/year

（2）antenna extension cable: 1 PC/year

（3）charging station nails: 1 set (10 PCS)/year

（4）cable peg: 1 set (40 PCS)/year

（5）screw: 1 set (9 PCS)/year

（6）spare blade: 2 sets (3 PCS/set)/year

*Lifetime is equal to the warranty period.

EcoFlow GLACIER 1+1

The standard warranty period of EcoFlow GLACIER (purchased from officially authorized channels) is 12 months. Customers can enjoy a warranty extension of 12 months by registering the EcoFlow GLACIER on the official website or in the Reneweable Home app.

EcoFlow GLACIER Product and Part Replacement

1. During the warranty period, replacement service is available for Ecoflow GLACIER purchased from authorized channels. The replaced product or part becomes Reneweable Home's property and the replacement product or part becomes your property. Only unaltered Reneweable Home's products and parts are eligible for replacement.

2. Replacement products or parts provided by Reneweable Home may not be new, but it will be in good working order and at least functionally equivalent to the original product or part's warranty. A replacement product or part shall be covered for the time remaining in the original product's warranty.

Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers, other than ecoflow.com, may provide their own policies to you. Please contact them for further information. Please note that return and refund policy may vary according to local laws and regulations.  

Cancellation

Customers can request a full refund within 24 hours after placing an order on ecoflow.com. 

Please note that we will charge a transaction fee if you apply for the refund 24 hours after the order is placed and before delivery has been made (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users, 3.5% for Affirm users, 3.3% for Klarna users). 

Orders cannot be canceled more than 30 days after they are shipped.

Return

The return service is currently available to US orders only. 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the purchased items complete in their original packing within 30 days of receiving them for an exchange or refund.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

For quality issues, we will give you a full refund or one-time free replacement within 30 days of receiving the items.

Please collect the package first if your order has been shipped and you want to return it. Then contact our Reneweable Home Support via info@reneweablehomesolutions.com obtain instructions to return.

Please note that a double shipping fee may be deducted from the original payment if you reject the shipments.

You’ll be charged for shipping and a transaction fee (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users, 3.5% for Affirm users) in the event of a return on US orders.

Return Process

Contact Reneweable Home Support at info@reneweablehomesolutions.com to start the return process. Please provide them with proof of purchase, such as an invoice.

You will receive instructions on how to properly pack the products and return them to us. Please make sure all components are included in the package. 

Refund

After you have returned the product to our warehouse, we will issue a refund within 14 business days. You will be notified by email when your order is refunded. If you have not received the refund after 14 business days, please contact us via  info@reneweablehomesolutions.com.

Thank you for your interest in Reneweable Home power station and battery products, accessories and applications (the “Product”) offered by Reneweable Home Inc. (“Reneweable Home”). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By using this product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms of use (the “Product Terms”), and the Reneweable Home Privacy Policy (Privacy Policy | Reneweable Home) (together, these “Terms”). If you are not eligible or do not agree to all of our Terms, you may not use the Product. You may be entitled to a full refund of your purchase of the Product if you return the Product in accordance with the Reneweable Home Return & Refund Policy (Return & Refund policy – Reneweable Home).

To access certain features of the Product, you must use the Reneweable Home application to control the Product. You might be required to login to such apps with your Reneweable Home account.

Subject to the country specific provisions below, these Terms provide that all disputes between you and Reneweable Home will be resolved by BINDING ARBITRATION. YOU AGREE TO GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT to assert or defend your rights under these Terms, except for matters that may be taken to small claims court. Your rights will be determined by a NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR and NOT a judge or jury, and your claims cannot be brought as a class action.

THE PRODUCT IS NOT A TOY. IT IS A COMPLICATED PRODUCT. While the Product adopts the most advanced technology, inappropriate use of the Product could result in personal injury or property damages. Please read the User Manual, User Guides, Quick Start Guide and Disclaimer and Safety Guidelines associated with the Product before your first use of the Product. These documents are included in the Product package or are available online on the Reneweable Home Product page at Reneweable Home - POWER A NEW WORLD | Reneweable Home .

You acknowledge and agree that, as provided in greater detail in these Terms:

Subject to the country specific provisions below, the Product is provided “as-is” and without warranties of any kind other than those provided for in the Reneweable Home Limited Warranty (Warranty Policy – Reneweable Home) and Reneweable Home’s liability to you is limited.

FOR EU USERS: the Product is provided “as-is” and without warranties of any kind except for those provided for in the Reneweable Home Warranty Policy (Warranty Policy – Reneweable Home Europe) and any warranties implied by law, such as legal guarantees of conformity for goods offered to consumers in the EU, and Reneweable Home’s liability to you is limited as set out in the country variations section of the Product Terms. 

FOR AUSTRALIAN USERS: except for your right and statutory guarantees as described in Section 7.1, the Product is provided “as-is” and without warranties of any kind other than those provided for in the Reneweable Home Warranty Policy (Warranty Policy – Reneweable Home Australia) ,and Reneweable Home’s liability to you is limited.

1. Eligibility.

Users under 18 years of age are strongly advised to use Reneweable Home products under the adult supervision. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that:

 (a) you have full knowledge of how to use the Product; and

(b) your activation and your use of the Product is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

 Suppose you use the Product on behalf of an entity, organization, or company. In that case, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of that organization.

2. Usage Advice

When the power supply is connected to the load of the refrigerator in the normal mode, the power supply may automatically shut down due to the power fluctuation property of the refrigerator. It is recommended that for refrigerators that store medicines, vaccines or other high-value items, please be sure to turn on the AC output through the APP when connecting the power supply product. It is in the “never off” state to ensure continuous power supply. Users should pay attention to the power consumption of the power supply. //Applicable to all power supply products

It is recommended to use it with a moisture-proof bag in a humid environment (seaside and other environments) to avoid water immersion. If you find that the product is soaked in water, it is not recommended to use it again. Please leave it in an unmanned safe area immediately, dry and avoid the rain, and immediately contact Reneweable Home Customer service. //Applicable to all power supply products

3. Feedback.

If you choose to provide input or suggestions regarding problems with, or proposed modifications or improvements to, the Product (“Feedback”), then you hereby grant Reneweable Home an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully-paid, royalty-free right to exploit such Feedback in any manner and for any purpose with no duty to make any payments to you for such exploitation.

4. Your Obligations.

By using the Product, and by entering into these Terms, you represent and warrant that your use of the Product and your involvement of events or activities incidental to your use of the Product comply and will comply with all applicable laws, statutes, and regulations, and that you will not use the Product except as expressly permitted under these Terms. 

For users located in the US, this includes complying with the relevant privacy and data protection laws(including but not limited to CCPA), and safety regulations applicable in the country and the states where you are located.

For users located in the EU, this includes complying with the relevant privacy and data protection laws (including but not limited to GDPR), and safety regulations applicable in the country where you are located.

For users located in Australia, this includes complying with the relevant provisions of the Privacy Act 1998 (Cth).

For users located in China, you agree to comply with the “People’s Republic of China on Guarding State Secrets Law,” “Copyright Law of People’s Republic of China,” “Regulations on Protection of Computer Information System Security People’s Republic of China,” “Regulations on Computer Software Protection,” “Internet Electronic Bulletin Service Management Requirements,” “Information Network Transmission Right Protection Ordinance” and other applicable laws and regulations.

5. Materials.

The visual interfaces, graphics, design, firmware, software, services, and all other elements of the Product (“Materials”) provided by Reneweable Home are protected by intellectual property and other laws. All Materials contained in the Product are the property of Reneweable Home or our third-party licensors. Reneweable Home reserves all rights to the Materials not expressly granted in these Terms.

6. Indemnity.

You are responsible for your use of the Product. You will defend and indemnify Reneweable Home and its officers, directors, employees, consultants, affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents (together, the “Reneweable Home Entities”) from and against every claim, liability, damage, loss, and expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with:

(a)use or alleged use of the Product; (b)your violation of any portion of these Terms, any representation, warranty, or agreement referenced in these Terms, or any applicable law or regulation; (c)your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property right or publicity, confidentiality, other property, or privacy, right; or (d)any dispute or issue between you and any third party. 

We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you (without limiting your indemnification obligations with respect to that matter), and in that case, you agree to cooperate with our defense of that claim.

7. Disclaimers; No Warranties.

The products are not recommended to be used for power supply of safety-related medical devices, including but not limited to CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure), ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation), etc. If they are being used for general medical devices, please be aware of the battery status and keep it from running out of the battery.//Applicable to all power supply products

While using power products, electromagnetic fields will be inevitably generated, which could affect the normal functioning of implantable medical devices and personal medical devices such as pacemakers, cochlear implants, hearing aids, defibrillators, etc. If these medical devices are used, please consult manufacturers for restrictions on the use of related devices in order to ensure a safe distance between the running products and implantable medical devices (such as pacemakers, cochlear implants, hearing aids, defibrillators, etc) .//Applicable to all power supply products If you use charging piles to charge power supply products, please make sure that the usage specifications set by the local charging pile operator have been clearly understood and strictly observed to avoid adverse consequences.//Applicable to Delta Pro

YOU ASSUME ALL RISK FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY RESULT FROM YOUR USE OF OR ACCESS TO THE PRODUCT, PRODUCT ACCESSORIES, AND ANY MATERIALS.
