A deep cycle work horse, the DL 54 is built for high performance in the most rugged of conditions. Engineered with Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) technology this battery has twice the power, half the weight, and lasts 5 times longer than a lead acid battery – providing exceptional lifetime value. 54 Amp hours of capacity provides a full day of power for mid sized trolling motors or for long days on the open road in your RV. Ideal for deep cycle applications where you need lots of power for a long time. Easily link in series to create 24V, 36V, or 48V systems. LiFePO4 charger included. 54 Ampere hours (Ah). Dakota Lithium batteries provide consistent power for all 54 Amp hours. DL LiFePO4 batteries have a flat voltage curve, which means they have a steady power output as the battery discharges. The power output will not dramatically drop like similar sized SLA batteries. You get all the juice down to the last drop.

27A max, 14.4V recommended, 15V max. Included is a LiFePO4 compatible charger. A SLA charger may work, but will reduce performance and lifespan of the battery.

This is a deep cycle battery. Not designed for starting gasoline engines.
This battery should be charged using a LiFePO4 compatible charger. Dakota Lithium 12V batteries should be charged at 14.4 volts, higher than AGM or lead acid.

Shipping
Free shipping is via ground, and ships from Renewable Home warehouse in Delta, BC.
All lithium batteries (LiFePO4 included) must be shipped via ground shipping. Typical delivery time for in stock batteries is 5-10 business days plus 1-3 days lead time to pack and ship your pack and ship your battery from our warehouse. All batteries ship with hazmat protection which requires additional lead time to pack and ship your order.

Lithium batteries cannot be shipped overnight, or express due to federal shipping restrictions.
Renewable Home will ship your batteries for free anywhere in the lower 48 US States. You will receive an email with a tracking number after your order ships. The USPS does not allow for batteries to be shipped to Post Office boxes (PO Box). Please use a street address.
Larger batteries (over 300 watts) require hazmat shipping. We pay the cost of Hazmat and freight (typically $90 to $150 a battery). You pay $0 for shipping.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is higher due to federal law that requires that batteries ship Air Freight and have Hazmat protection.
Batteries ship UPS Ground + Tracking for domestic shipping. Typical freight time is 5-8 days. You will receive a tracking number when your battery ships.
FedEx, USPS, or DHL is used for international shipping and for Hawaii & Alaska shipments, depending on the product and country. To calculate exact shipping rates please go to checkout and enter your order and shipping address.

In the unlikely event you are having an issue with one of our batteries we have developed a straight forward warranty & return policy:

- Free lifetime technical support & free battery analysis.
- Warranty only applies to original owner (non-transferable).
- Warranties can be used for an exchange of a component only once.
- Customer pays return shipping on returns or warrantied component inspections. Shipping costs for qualified returns will be refunded by Renewable Home. Please note some battery returns may require special documentation and packaging, and these instances will encounter extra fees. This is in order to correctly comply with lithium battery shipping regulations. For all return shipping we recommend using a local shipping service like FedEx office or the UPS Store.

If a product does not meet our high quality standards, then we will issue you a replacement component or fix the original at no additional cost. Replacement components will only be sent after we have received your returned component and finished an inspection to determine the cause of any problems.
