2. Where Is the Package Shipped From?
   Most of our packages are dispatched from Amazon distribution centers in the U.S. and E.U. Some packages may be shipped from third-party warehouses closer to your country.
3. How Long Does Delivery Take?
   It takes 3 to 5 working days to process your order. Typically, you will receive your products within 6-10 days thereafter. Please note that shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen or uncontrollable reasons. We will inform our customers in advance of any delays.
4. How Can I Get Free Shipping for Your Products?
   We offer complimentary free shipping within the Contiguous United States. For shipping costs outside this area, please contact sales@renewablehomesolutions.com
5. What Shipping Carriers Do You Use?
   We utilize major carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, and local courier partners. You have the option to select faster shipping for an additional cost.
6. Can I Change My Shipping Address After the Package Has Been Shipped?
   Unfortunately, once the package is shipped out, we cannot change the delivery address.
7. What Should I Do If My Package Is Damaged During Transit by FedEx?
   If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Ensure you keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing the claim.
8. Additional Notes About Your Order

• All orders must have a valid street address. Expedited orders cannot be sent to PO Boxes.
• Delivery to remote areas may incur an additional cost ranging from $50 to $200.
• Shipments cannot be rerouted once a package has been shipped.
• Your order may require a signature upon delivery.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It may take 5-8 business days to go back to you if the card is a credit card, but if it's a debit card normally it will be processed within 14-21 business days, and sometimes it depends on bank processing time.

Warranty & Return Policy
SunGold Power products come with a warranty period of 12/36 months, varying by product. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. A sales receipt or other reasonable documentary proof from the first consumer purchase is required to establish the start date of the warranty period.

Our products are also covered by a 30-day return policy. During this period, SunGoldPower will cover the shipping costs for returned items due to carrier damage, defective products, products inconsistent with advertisements, incorrect products received, or any extra products not ordered. For all other reasons, customers are responsible for shipping fees.

Limited to Original Consumer Buyer
The warranty on SunGoldPower products is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners.

Exclusions
The SunGoldPower warranty does not cover products that are:

• Misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as outlined in SunGoldPower's current product literature.
• Repaired by anyone other than an authorized facility.
• Modified products will be returned to you at your expense.

Replacements
SunGoldPower will replace any product that fails to operate within 30 days. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. If a product appears faulty due to inappropriate operation, we can only assist in fixing the issue and do not accept returns or replacements. The customer must pay all fees for accessories and shipping.

For replacement of damaged parts under warranty, please contact us to arrange the shipment of the replacement part.

Return
SunGoldPower offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for goods purchased directly from SunGoldPower.com. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products within 30 days, provided they are new, undamaged, and unmodified. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received, including the original packaging. Once we receive and validate the product, we will refund the full purchase price. Return requests beyond 30 days require special authorization.

Order Cancellation
Customers can request a full refund within 72 hours of placing an order by emailing SunGoldPower's official store. If the product has already been shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to recall the package.

Used Products
The warranty period for used products is one year. If a problem occurs naturally within 30 days, SunGoldPower will cover all shipping and repair fees. If a problem occurs naturally within one year, SunGoldPower will cover the repair fee, but the customer must cover the shipping fees. SunGoldPower is not responsible for after-sale issues of products purchased through unauthorized channels. Customers can purchase accessories from SunGoldPower, but we are not responsible for the after-sale of these accessories.
